What would people be surprised to know about you?
Every night after 10, I get super goofy and experience uncontrollable laughter
Who is your favorite teacher and why? My favorite teacher is Coach Orsi. She has a heart for teaching and making her students have fun
while doing it. I am always challenged but never overbeared by the workload. She always has my best interest at heart and does her best and succeeds at making me enjoy her class and learning.
What have you learned at KHS that has made a difference in your life? I have learned the concept of non-blood family. Krum is such a unit oriented town, and I have learned to love and enjoy all people and consider them family.
What has been your greatest challenge in high school?
My greatest high-school challenge was actually moving schools after my sophomore year. Although I had my twin sister, it is very hard to move schools half way through high school. The environment, classes, people, and structure is all very new and challenging, and it was very hard to get used to.
What are your future plans? I plan to attend a four year university to major in Kinesiology and Physical Therapy. I plan to do a little mission work, also. After college, I plan on working at a rehabilitation center for student athletes and having a big family.
What is your advice for Freshmen?
If I could give any advice to freshman, it would be to participate in and enjoy every second. It goes by in a breeze, and one day you will miss the sport events, the dress up days and the school activities. There’s no time to be unhappy, so have fun everyday and enjoy as much as you can.
Who is your hero and why? My hero is definitely my big brother, D.J. He has always been my go-to growing up, and his advice is always the best. He has been through many of the same mistakes and struggles that I go through, and he has taught me how to make the best of them. He supports and loves me and leads me in faith, character, and most aspects of life.
