Star Wars: The Collection Strikes Back
Most of the KHS students have, at least, heard of Star Wars. Star Wars was a famous movie that came out in 1977, and started a famed franchise. For Freshman, Gabriel Vieira, collecting Star Wars items became his hobby. This is an interview with the intergalactic fanatic.
PP: If you had to describe Star Wars to someone who had never heard of it, what would you say? GV: an intergalactic war between Jedi and Sith. Jedi are the peacekeepers, and Sith used their power for evil. PP: When did your interest in Star Wars begin? GV: When I was 5-6 years old PP: When did your collection start? GV: May of 2016 PP: How big is your collection? GV: I have a 7 foot tall shelf full of Star Wars collectibles and Pop figures PP: How many Star Wars bobbleheads do you have? GV: Between 20 and 30 Pop figures, and 2 lightsabers PP: Do you go for rare or common Star Wars items? GV: I go for the rare items PP: What is your favorite Star Wars movie? GV: The Empire Strikes Back PP: Who shot first, Han Solo or Greedo? GV: Han, although in the bluray release Greedo shot first, but missed PP: Do you have anything new in your collection? GV: I just recently got a K2SO bobblehead from the Rogue One line PP: What is the easiest way to start a collection like yours? GV: Online shopping like EBAY PP: Is there something you know that other people might not know? GV: Star Wars: Return of the Jedi was originally called Revenge of the Jedi PP: If you had to put a price on your collection, how much would it be? GV: Somewhere between $5000 and $8000
